Leading provider of content, software, systems and services in the sphere of gaming company Playtech has signed a contract with Warner Bros. to start video slots production, based on the popular TV movie Batman. The partnership will enable Playtech to create two of the six games in a planned series.
Due to the fact that Playtech is working with Warner Bros, computer and mobile games with progressive jackpots will be launched this year, the emergence of other branded Warner Bros. Consumer Products DC is planned for 2017 and later.
The first two slots which the company entered into a collaboration, are Batman & The Joker Jewels and Batman & Catwoman Cash. Both games have a classic look and eye-catching attributes of the famous Batman Classic TV Series. Will they be a good alternative to the Microgaming’s The Dark Knight Rises? We will see.
During rotation of the reels in the first two games, as well as other branded slots by Playtech DC, players will be able to win one of four progressive DC Super Heroes jackpots, which is associated with all slots of the series about Super Hero. The list includes the names of the other series like Superman I (1978), Superman II (1980), Man of Steel (2013) and Green Lantern (2011), to be submitted before the end of this year or early next year.
Batman & The Joker Jewels will have five reels and 25 paylines.
